6. SMS & Telephone Communications (TCPA)
By providing your phone number on our Site and checking the consent box, you expressly consent to receive text messages and telephone calls from Co-Operate LLC and its authorized service providers at the number provided. Communications may include recruiter follow-up, scheduling, and information related to your inquiry.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. You are not required to consent to receive automated messages as a condition of submitting an inquiry or receiving any Service from Co-Operate.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
To opt out, reply STOP to any text message at any time. You may also email compliance@joincooperate.com with your phone number and a request to be removed. Upon receipt, we will cease automated communications to that number promptly.
Co-Operate LLC will not share, sell, or transfer your mobile phone number to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.
7. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
8. User Submissions
When you submit an inquiry or other information through the Site, you represent that:
- All information provided is accurate, complete, and current
- You have the right to provide all information submitted
- Your submission does not violate any applicable law or regulation

12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CO-OPERATE LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF CO-OPERATE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
13. Indemnification
